Anastasia Lyons Osorio is a Senior Associate Urban Planner at PORT, where she leads complex urban planning and public space initiatives focused on fostering equitable, resilient, and community-driven outcomes. She specializes in land use, environmental planning, and urban design, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to projects that range from large-scale frameworks to neighborhood revitalization efforts. Her work emphasizes integrating economic development strategies with sustainable land use planning.
Before joining PORT, Anastasia held leadership roles in urban planning, research, and business development. At PennPraxis, she managed communications and project deliverables for the Pittsburgh Stormwater Strategic Master Plan and supported housing affordability initiatives. At Sasaki, she led global business development, securing major climate resilience and cultural planning projects. Her advocacy work includes volunteering with pro-affordable housing groups in Massachusetts.
Anastasia holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where she received the Departmental Award for Academic Excellence and the Excellence in Student Publications Award. She also earned a Bachelor of Architectural Design from the Boston Architectural College, receiving the Outstanding Practice Achievement and Degree Project Commendation Awards.
